ARC Raiders has come as a great surprise to many. The extraction shooter genre is known for its high stakes and high rewards, and while ARC Raiders still offers that thrill, Embark Studios has made the overall experience much more casual-friendly, all while providing challenges that keep you engaged on the surface. Aside from a few minor d-sync issues, the overall performance, visuals, sound, and gameplay are impressive, with the game even being recognized as the new “benchmark” for development in UE5. As a modern release, ARC Raiders is set to have a bright future, one that players will enjoy returning to.
