Staying true to the series’ formula, Forza Horizon 6 brings its massive vehicle selection, stunning visuals, and incredible soundtrack to the beautiful streets of Japan. It introduces some welcome QoL updates, such as a “What’s Next” button that streamlines exploration and reduces tedious searching. However, while the game is an absolute joy to play, it does very little to innovate. The “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” approach has worked well in the past, but the franchise has been coasting on this mindset for a while now. Returning fans will immediately notice the overly familiar progression, UI, and Drivatar customization.
