Years in the making, Mewgenics brings its wildly humorous yet grossly strange cat army to your disposal. This tactical turn-based rougelite slams the absurdities of owning a cat army with all kinds of traits ranging from mental disorders to physical abnormalities. Though it sounds bad, these make for some really fun builds to push your gang of cats through each of the detailed areas.

Mewgenics offers solid turn based combat, each cat filling a traditional role. But after each area is cleared, your kitties get to retire(as they should)leaving you with breeding new cat warriors. The unfortunate part in this can lead to some winners and some downright frustrating runs. The soundtrack is great fun and the humor can be great, but it does get somewhat old after about 15 or so hours. Overall Mewgenics is a still a great game that will entertain for hours.
